North Shore Council of Governments to meet Wednesday, August 16, 2023

The North Shore Council of Governments is scheduled to meet Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the West Monroe town hall, 46 County Route 11, West Monroe, New York.

The main purpose of this meeting is to meet with the County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency CEO Austin Wheelock, and David Turner, director of strategic initiatives for Oswego County and past director of the county Department of Community Development, Tourism, and Planning.

The public is welcome to attend this meeting.

NorCOG to meet Wednesday, May 3, 2023

The next meeting of the North Shore Council of Governments is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Monroe town hall, 46 County Route 11, West Monroe, New York. The agenda will include discussion of Micron-associated development in the area, economic development, and the Oneida Lake Nine Element Plan.

The North Shore Council of Governments held a joint meeting with the Salmon Rivers Council of Governments Thursday, July 7, 2022 in the Steelhead Room at Tailwater Lodge in Altmar, New York. Guest speakers included Dave Turner, Oswego County director of planning and community development and director of strategic initiatives, Ellen Holst, president of the board of directors of Operation Oswego County, the county industrial development agency, and Katie Malinowski, executive director of the New York State Tug Hill Commission.
