Aerial spraying of the Toad Harbor – Big Bay Swamp area in Oswego County is cancelled this evening, Tuesday, Sept. 10, due to weather conditions.
Weather permitting, aerial spraying will take place Thursday, Sept. 12, between 6 and 9 p.m.

including the towns of Constantia and West Monroe, and the villages of Central Square and Cleveland
